I didn't hit my head, though my glasses flew a fair distance. I was dizzy only for about an hour after I fell, so just the basic shakiness of having fallen. Unfortunately that was also the hour I was meeting my guide.

And I went to the campus clinic where they cleaned, disinfected, and daubed me with iodine.
