So Fox is making Lucifer into a tv-show. I really wish they wouldn't. It's a comic I love, and I don't see why the LAPD or therapists need to be involved and I'm incredibly afraid a lot of cheap laughs will be had. Also the only casting I approve of is making Amenadiel black, though since Amenadiel is the de-facto antagonist that is also maybe not a good plan; why the hell is Lucifer son of morning, who is suspiciously pretty and golden in the comics (not to mention elsewhere) black-haired and stubbly? ugh. ugh ugh ugh.

Not a comic book show and incredibly loved is of course Penny Dreadful, which is continuing to explore sexualities and award just-slightly-off daddy/daughter cuddles to Malcolm and Vanessa, both of which I am heart-eyed about.
