Fake dating: Well, Perce hasn't dated anyone since Penelope, not what you'd call dating, and Oliver is basically married to Quidditch, and sometimes they need to have an escort to parties and well, they are friends and it's just easier this way and sometimes Oliver acts like he really is Percy's date instead of an obliging friend and it's all a bit confusing but really, it's convenient and rather nice.

Bodyswap: Percy taking a day off work is a bit inconvenient. but he really never does so he's got a ton of leave saved up, and his boss only grumbles a very little bit: everyone knows Percy is carrying the department, really. The disaster, however, is how atrociously Puddlemere's Keeper performs: it nearly costs them the League and would too, if not for his sudden and shocking return to form in the next match.

Sexpollen/fuck or die/aliens made them do it: Percy has a most peculiar reaction to the shipment of alihotsy extract they confiscate. He is awfully penitent afterwards, and it's not that Oliver had wanted to have much to do with it, but... well. It does make things terrible for a fair bit.

Dark!fic: Voldemort wins. Oliver's a half-blood.

Secret kinks: It's not surprising that Percy likes control. What's new and strange (and incredibly fun) is how very much he likes surrendering it. Oliver just likes sex, as much as he can get, except on days before matches.

Their first kiss: After Percy comes down off the alihotsy, and stops apologising to draw breath, Oliver kisses him. Percy's too shocked to do anything, and the first thing he says is, "But that still doesn't make it alright, if anything I believe it makes it worse and I..." Oliver kisses him again, and eventually he kisses back.

Meeting the parents: Oliver's parents take to Percy rather well and easily, since they first meet him when really they are just friends and barely thirteen. Oliver, though, always feels a little overwhelmed by Mrs. Weasley, and Percy's not sure how they'll take it, so they put that off for ages, till Charlie comes home with a Swiss boyfriend and then Molly fairly clutches Oliver to her heart.

Moving in together: It happens in the autumn of '98, though nobody but Ginny knows till Christmas, and she only finds out because she catches Percy in the act of ransacking his boxed-up belongings.

A crossover of my choice: ah, oh god I'm bad at cross-overs. hmm. they walk into Narnia? sorry.

An au of my choice: oooh. Public school, non-magic AU, the song remains the same: Oliver's captain of the cricket eleven, Percy's a rule-abiding prefect, together they battle institutionalised homophobia. :)

If you like, another trope/scenario of your choice: The one where everyone is convinced that Percy and Oliver are dating and people come up and try to counsel Perce about his internalised homophobia and opine that 'this is what happens when you mix with the Muggles too much, you pick up their horrid prejudices.'

Fake dating: Once they move to Liverpool, Alec for a time goes out with local girls just long enough to establish himself as the philandering sort, uninterested in marriage or settling down. Maurice recognises the necessity of it, but never follows suit.

Bodyswap: Scudder finds it hilarious just how bad Maurice is at most physical labour, and it solidifies his opinion that gentlemen aren't taught anything the right way. Maurice counts it revenge well taken when Alec can't remember to account for his new, bigger frame and constantly gets stuck navigating narrow spaces. It's a miracle either of them manage the week without grave injury.

Sexpollen/fuck or die/aliens made them do it: Well, Alec says sometimes that he'll die, Maurice, get a move on, can't take it please, but Maurice usually just waits it out till Alec's rendered non-verbal.

Dark!fic: Maurice and Alec meet in court; Alec's sentenced to prison but Maurice can never live down the rumours.

Secret kinks: Well, this isn't much of a secret, but Maurice likes having sex out of doors. Alec complains endlessly about the fact that they don't need to when they have a perfectly nice bed, damn it, but he rather enjoys it when it's well-executed. Quite something, to look up and see the stars when you're soaring yourself.

Their first kiss: When Alec climbs in through the window, like some strange dream brought to fruition, Maurice is too stunned to speak. They kiss instead, and he opens up the bed for Alec.

Meeting the parents: Alec never meets Mrs. Hall, for which everyone is deeply grateful. Maurice does meet Alec's parents a few times, and they are distant, cordial, and more than a trifle confused.

Moving in together: The first place they live is Maurice and Clive's flat in London. They don't retain it for very long, since it makes Alec's hackles rise.

A crossover of my choice: Everything! Maurice as the captain on Ralph's first ship is my forever favourite, though.

An au of my choice: oh dear. I actually like how it goes? Though I suppose the AU where Maurice refuses Clive and they're just fast friends and then Maurice meets and falls for Alec without any intervening heartache would be lovely.

Fake dating: er. Well, pretty well everyone's convinced there's something going on between Krishna and Draupadi, and sundry acquaintances have expressed their concern to a deeply-amused Karna.

Bodyswap: When they finally track down the yaksha responsible, Draupadi is terribly reluctant to make the change, and seems determined to emulate Shikhandi in this regard. It takes hours of coaxing to convince her otherwise. Karna spends nearly the entire next day reacquainting himself with his weapons. They don't speak for a week afterwards.

Sexpollen/fuck or die/aliens made them do it: Not so much sexpollen as an enchanted arrow and not so much aliens as Kamdev, but it scars Yudhishtir for life, that's for sure; poor man can't meet either of their eyes for a week. Krishna's unutterably smug.

Dark!fic: The canon.

Secret kinks: They like fire. Their births incline them to it and they're both just reckless enough to enjoy the thrill of danger.

Their first kiss: It's very decorous for about three seconds before Draupadi loses her patience and pounces on him. Then it gets fun.

Meeting the parents: The one that they're nervous about is Adhirath and Radha. Well, the one Karna is nervous about. They love her, and Draupadi performs well enough, but Karna is cynical enough to know that it wouldn't have been nearly as easy if they were still living in the quarters about the Hastinapur stables and if he was still only their son and not a prince of Hastinapur

Moving in together: Karna is the first of the princes to be married and that starts exactly the sort of gossip about the succession that the Pitamaha has spent decades trying to suppress. So they go to live in the summer palace in Anga for a while with Karna's foster parents while Duryodhan and Yudhishtir get paraded around the capital.

A crossover of my choice: I've always wondered how the Ramayana characters would fare in this world. Not too well, likely. *g*

An au of my choice: Well, *this* is the Draupadi/Karna AU that is my happy place.

This is rather crack, given the juxtaposition of the canon and the questions. *g*


Fake dating: Alec once disastrously pretends to reunite with Ralph after Sandy's been unbearable. It lasts for all of an evening; Ralph keeps laughing at inopportune moments.

Bodyswap: Christ, that is not a good day for either of them, but especially awful for Sandy, who has to do not only his own original shift but then Alec's. It's true that his body is refreshed but the same really cannot be said for his mind.

Sexpollen/fuck or die/aliens made them do it: There's a bomb scare which Sandy is never sure Alec isn't joking about, but which is invisible, insidious and can apparently only be got rid of by... well, that. And Alec wouldn't invent. he's sure, but it doesn't seem very likely. Still, it's fun.

Dark!fic: Sandy dies that night trying to get rid of the incendiary.

Secret kinks: Alec wants a threesome. He's never even told Sandy this. Sandy... thinks it might be a bit of fun to do drag, just a little, for fun in bed.

Their first kiss: The first time they kiss Sandy's just lost his first patient. Alec, who's been at this a year longer, takes him out for a drink and then plans to take him to his flat to let him sleep it off. They kiss two steps into the room, Sandy swaying with exhaustion and promising extravagant feats of love-making.

Meeting the parents: They never do. Sandy does met Alec's cousin Julia, who is a nurse and in the same line as them in more ways than one, and she rather likes him.

Moving in together: They do it early in their relationship, which Sandy always cherishes as Alec's one truly romantic gesture. Alec worries a lot about furniture and logistics and doesn't let Sandy bring in much besides his cherished boyhood books.

A crossover of my choice: hmmm. I think with Night Watch, what with Kay Langrish being an ambulance driver.

An au of my choice: Modern AU. No wars, homosexuality legal, gay marriage legal. ♥
