I had no idea you even knew about tuna casserole in India! I've always thought of it as a North American dish! My father (Englishman to the core, for all his love of Scottish history, which was his subject) loathed it so we never had it at home growing up but I had it at friends' houses and learned to make it myself when I went to college. My 'optional extra' is to crush potato crisps (potato chips to a North American) and sprinkle on top and grill for a minute to make a crispy crust.
