I need to get into a regular embroidery habit as well. I keep picking it up, and then it falls by the wayside. Part of my problem is that I never have concrete enough ideas; they're either vague, or I have too many and can't narrow them down into feasible things, or I just don't know what to do so I do nothing.
Such a fascinating backstory!
Ugh I've promised myself I'll do a cushion cover this month and I have literally no idea how to do it or where to start. ugh ugh ugh ugh ugh.
