Now that's brevity. I'm not sure why you decided to delete your lj. (I'm still cross-posting; but I have to admit that I don't check my friends over there as often as I should, since most of them are cross-posting too.) Still, you doubtless have your reasons.
I do hope your "interesting" Yuletide was not "may you live in interesting times" type of interesting. I wound up going out to pinch-hits myself; but I received two very nice stories.
I am glad you received a story you liked and also received nice comments on the story you wrote.
I still have a few friends on LJ who are not on Dreamwidth (plus the kittypix community, where one sees lots of lovely felines) so I am likely to keep my LJ account. But all my posting is done on DW these days.
