 I may have fallen into a new TV show. and I can't even blame the tumblr logoff cause it happened today. Anyone else watched Medici: Masters of Florence?

I have! I watched the first few episodes of season 1 and--wandered off more due to getting distracted than actual distaste. My general impressions were that literally everyone around Cosimo was more interesting and sympathetic than he (his wife and brother in particular), the show made me care far more about the Duomo than I ever have before, and the title song is lovely.

There's a second season floating around, I think? With Arthur from Merlin one of the other Medicis?

I watched it in shock that Robb Starr could act! But yeah, his wife is incredibly more badass and his brother more sympathetic.
S2 does have Bradley James being pretty in Renaissance gear, yes. He's one of Cosimo's grandsons who dies early and badly.
